Important Note

This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the official Ainohot website. Purchases made through resellers, second-hand platforms, unauthorized dealers, or private transactions are excluded from the warranty.

This warranty exclusively covers private use. Products used for commercial purposes (e.g., rental fleets, delivery services, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the product.

• Products purchased used or from sellers other than ainohot.com / ainohot.de.

• Products used for commercial purposes (rental, delivery services, etc.).

• Damage caused by the following factors:

  • Improper assembly or inadequate maintenance

  • Accidents, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use of unauthorized parts or accessories

What Ainohot does in case of a warranty claim?

• If we determine that there is a covered defect, we will provide you with a replacement part (either the identical component or a newer/optimized version).

• We do NOT offer refunds, full bicycle replacement, or cover on-site labor or repair costs.

How to submit a warranty claim

1. Send an email to: support@ainohot.com.

2. Please include the following in your email:

   • Your order number or proof of purchase (a screenshot is sufficient).

   • Meaningful photos or videos that clearly show the problem.

   • Any repair or maintenance logs (if available).

Note on shipping costs: > Shipping costs for replacement parts are borne by you as the buyer, unless we expressly confirm that it is a manufacturing defect.
